The short version

We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form, we use it only to reply to you, and we delete it after twelve months unless we're still talking with you. We never sell or share it for marketing.

What we collect

  • Your name, email address and (if you give it) phone number.
  • What you're getting in touch about, an optional school grade band for your rider, and your message.
  • Basic technical information needed to keep the form safe from abuse, such as a one-way scrambled form of your IP address used for rate limiting and kept for at most two days.

Children's information: this website is for parents, guardians and adults. We don't ask for a child's name, birth date, school or photo, and we ask you not to include them in your message.

How we use it

  • To reply to your message and send you a one-time confirmation that we received it.
  • To keep a record of enquiries so nobody is missed.

Who processes it for us

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosts this website, stores form messages and sends our emails, in the United States.

This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies.

Photos of riders

We only publish photos of riders when a parent or guardian has given permission on our Photo Permission form. We never publish riders' names with photos, and we remove hidden location data from images. To withdraw permission or ask for a photo to be removed, see Photos & media.

How long we keep it

Form messages are deleted automatically twelve months after you send them. Copies in our team inbox follow the same rule.

Your choices
